As we move further into the summer season The Swoosh has been matching the increased heat with an expansion of textiles across its general release line-up. Recently, the Nike Dunk Low assumed the banner’s most experimental offering yet fit with a hemp and suede-based tooling.
In stark opposition to its typical clad-leather ensemble, the upcoming silhouette ditches the latter entirely as pistachio-treated suede overlays compliment the intricately stitched hemp base layer and tongue draped in bright cream hues. Accompanied by vanilla-cured laces, the faint color palette is further anchored by the appearance of faded yellow mid-foot Swooshes and tongue tabs. Underfoot, a crisp white midsole amplifies the upper assortment while decadent chocolate brown shades close out the heel tab and tread below. While it the pair’s thematic details have yet to be determined, a netted market bag has been included in the box just like the Nike Dunk’s food-themed pack from yesteryear that saw banana and avocado-inspired outfits.
