After remixing the Air Max 90, Air Max 270 and Air Max 97 with patriotic personality, the Swoosh is now tossing the Air Barrage Low into the mix this season. The sneaker that Bo Jackson popularized trades out the Rucker Park motif seen on its last appearance, and instead welcomes white synthetic base constructions with abstractly-shaped navy overlays almost channeling a sort of inverted “Olympic” Air More Uptempo look. The Swooshes are interestingly done up with a gradient aesthetic which isn’t a feature traditionally seen on this Nike model, and accents of red are subtly placed atop the branded hits located down the throat, heels, and outsole.
